Design Your Future – Stockholm Edition

Henrik Johansson and Rebecca Carlsson are the two main facilitators for the Inner Island Stockholm program. As the red thread that binds everything together, they will put the framework for an inspiring and thought-provoking program.

Henrik Johansson

FACILITATOR

Henrik is the founder of Inner Island, co-creator at Emerging and founder of Fantastic Studios. He studied at Kaospilots, a world-renowned school for creative leadership and business.

Early in his life, Henrik started his first business and intentionally designed his lifestyle to allow for exploration, extensive study and retreat periods dedicated to exploring the world and the mind. Over the past 25 years, he has traveled extensively, particularly to India and Myanmar, where he has practiced various forms of mindfulness meditation. He has spent more than two years in silent retreats, training with some of the world’s leading meditation and yoga teachers.

Henrik has a deep interest in the global mental health revolution. His first psychedelic experience in his early twenties sparked a lifelong curiosity about the nature of the mind and consciousness.

Professionally, Henrik designs and facilitates processes for organizational and personal transformation, helping individuals and groups envision the future, navigate change, and develop strategies to turn visions into reality. Passionate about collective intelligence, he has facilitated group processes for over 20 years and more than 10,000 participants. He has been involved in innovation projects with organizations such as Hyper Island, Greenpeace, and IKEA.

Rebecka Carlsson

FACILITATOR

Rebecka is an environmentalist at heart – a sustainability entrepreneur, author, educator and community organizer.

She has co-founded a handful of sustainable companies and worked as a Political Advisor to Sweden’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Climate and the Environment. She is trained in exponential technologies at Singularity University, NASA, and in social entrepreneurship at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Rebecka is also the author of the books Exponential Climate Solutions, Sustainable Business Canvas and The Speaker’s Journey. She’s one of Sweden’s more hired speakers and a four times finalist for different “Speaker of the Year”-awards.

Currently she’s devoting most of her work to her new project Loud Summer – as opposed to the Silent Spring described by Rachel Carson in 1962 – on how we can create a next season in Earth’s history characterized by that it’s bursting with life in all its forms – nature, love, creativity and spirit.
